I visit Kirsty every month without fail for a Swedish massage with added ASMR. It’s the best 90 minutes of my month. This massage is like no other and you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely recommended!

I have had 2 massages with Kirsty now and have another 2 booked. She is amazing at what she does. I don't find it easy to relax in general, but when I am on that bed I just feel all the stresses melt away and feel as light as a feather afterwards. From the beautiful warm space she invites you into, the aroma of the different oils, the attention to detail with the massage itself and the ASMR add on it is the best 60 to 90 minutes you can treat yourself too. I would highly recommend Kyrre Holistic Therapies to anyone wanting to destress and take some time for themselves. Looking forward to my next massage already!
